1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after processing.
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) for domestic shipments. The carrier used will depend on the package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.
4. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-25 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Portable Car Vacuum is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
- Carriers: International shipments are typically handled by USPS and then transferred to local postal services in the destination country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Portable Car Vacuum is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, local postal services).
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Customs clearance procedures for international shipments.
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with the shipping carrier.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@portablecarvacuum.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
